This sighting was caught by a guy who walked outside to his porch to have a look at the rain and noticed a long cigar shaped UFO in the clouds. No blimp would fly in that kind of weather...remember lighting usually strikes the highest targets.
Such cigar UFOs have been seen for thousands of years or more and recorded in photos since the 1800s.
This above photograph depicts a cloud formation over the summit of Mt. Washington in the Winter of 1870 - 1871 - along with a UFO! One can see a cigar shaped object. This could possibly be the earliest photograph of a UFO. The image is part of an antique stereoview. The description reads "SUMMIT Mt. Many might assume that this is a meteor but its not. Meteors have one tail that breaks up in sections, this has two tails that are not broken up. No reports of plane crashes and Peru is not exactly famous for it's failing nuclear missile program or it's equally non existent space program, so that leaves us with only a few options.
One, Brazil decided to go to war with Peru to compound its own poverty by stealing Peru's budding poverty or two...this object came from space and is unidentified as of yet.
I'm going with #2 for now. Although I'm rooting for #1 just because its in my nature.
For now, people in the area of Lake Titicaca should keep their cameras ready to record any military or black helicopters scanning the area trying to secretly recover this UFO, but if we're really lucky, some civilian in the area will get to it first. SCW
Samsung SCB-2000 security camera again, and took about a weeks worth of video. I was using a 5-50 mm lens on it. Camera was pointed toward Area-51, about 300 miles to the north west. Unknowns, Planes, streakers, rods, satellites, jet fighters, and flashers. I also did a few image inhancements. A few were strange, with many fast movers.
I think we all knew this, but for someone on the inside to come out and admit it it?!? A former FBI counterterrorism agent has hinted at a vast and intrusive surveillance...
